Two Rivers Theatre Company are back on stage. After a few years break the local drama group have been resurrected again, and with the full backing of the groups trustees they are working alongside Four By Four productions for their next production, The Park Bench.
Written by Norfolk playwright, Ashley Burgoyne, the play tells the story of Charles, who always shared the same park bench with his late wife Rose. Now he sits there alone. still chatting to Rose in his mind, while other people join him on the bench in this poignant yet funny play about love and loss.
The play is on from 19th – 21st September with a post-show Q&A with writer Ashley Burgoyne on Saturday 21st after the matinee performance.
Two Rivers will be performing more plays in the future, with a new play planned for March 2025 by Suffolk playwright David Howgego
