Become An Eastern Angles Theatre Volunteer

By

If you’ve ever thought about volunteering then how about helping at a local theatre?

Volunteers are key members of the Eastern Angles team, they are at the heart of the audience visitor experience and what makes a visit to the Sir John Mills Theatre so memorable.

Based at the Eastern Angles Centre in West Ipswich, their hometown venue, the Sir John Mills Theatre, will soon host their upcoming Christmas show Rumplestiltskin – and they need your help to make the magic happen! The volunteer role includes welcoming audiences to the theatre, selling and serving refreshments, and ensuring the safety of all visitors.

Joining the team is a great way to learn new skills, meet a friendly bunch of like-minded people, and be able to watch Eastern Angles shows for free!

If you’re interested in joining the team then Eastern Angles are hosting a Volunteer Training Day at the Sir John Mills Theatre (Eastern Angles Centre) on Saturday 18th November. All the details are on their website Eastern Angles Volunteer or phone the team on 01473 218202.

They will also be at a the Ipswich Volunteering & Wellbeing Event at Ipswich Town Hall and Corn Exchange 7th November 10am – 1pm.
