The bi-annual Spill Festival returns to Ipswich this coming weekend starting on Friday 13th October.
SPILL is an arts organisation and registered charity based in Ipswich, who create events for the people of East Anglia, and further afield, and work with internationally significant and ground-breaking artists to develop their practice.
