Suffolk writer Suzanne Hawkes has written a new play about the story of radar and how it was pivotal in the Allies winning the Second World War.

Operation Radar is at the Two Sisters Arts Centre in Trimley St Mary from 1st – 6th April 7.30pm and 2.30pm on Sunday 6th April and is set here in Suffolk, primarily at Bawdsey Manor.

The cast went to the Bawdsey Radar Museum where they had pictures taken in costume, and were shown around the exhibits.
